In other words, you can get your money back for any purchase within 30 calendar days starting from the receive date of the product.
The following rules must be met if you decide to get your money back within 30 days:
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it, no scratches or damages made.
- The product must be in the original packaging with original label.
- You must be the original purchaser of the product and be able to provide an order number or account email address.
- You must contact us within 30 days from receiving the order.
- The hearing aids must be clean and new as you receiving it. Earwax or other stains will not be acceptable.

KLEAR Warranty
At the time of original purchase, Klear provides a full 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all hearing devices purchased from Klear Hearing, which covers manufacturing defects. Accessories and Cleanings are not covered under warranty.
The warranty covers unlimited repairs or replacements unless device has been modified or damaged by the user. The Klear warranty begins on the purchase date which is detected & recorded by the system.
Repair or Exchange of a Product
- Within Warranty
Customers must contact Klear via support@klearhearing.com to initiate the repair or exchange of a damaged device under warranty. Klear will provide a return address for the customer to send the damaged device back. Klear will pay back the shipping fee upon the shipping receipt provided by the customer.
Klear will inspect the damaged device and repair or exchange the in-warranty device with a new or refurbished unit at Klear’s sole discretion. The original or extended warranty period remains in effect for the repaired or exchanged device.
- Out of Warranty
Customers must contact Klear via support@klearhearing.com to initiate the repair or exchange of a damaged device out of warranty. Klear will provide a return address for the customer to send the damaged device back. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Klear will inspect the damaged device and repair or replace the damaged device, on the basis of communication with the customer. And there may be fees applied.
If replaced, Klear may replace the damaged device with a new one. Klear will provide a one-year repair warranty on the replaced device, beginning on the date that the replacement device was delivered to the client.
Exclusions from Warranty
Klear warranty does not cover the situations listed below.
- Damage from improper handling or care, exposure to chemicals, prolonged immersion in water, or undue stress.
- Damage caused by third parties or non-authorized service centers are excluded from this repair policy.
- Damage from Earwax buildup
- Damage caused by device being modified by the user or any other non-authorized third parties.
- Damage due to accident, misuse or abuse.
- Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, modification of the product, or improper maintenance including damage caused by cleaning products, chlorine or chlorine related products.
- Damages as a result of normal "wear and tear" will not be considered defects.
