Return of A Product

This Return and Refund Policy is applicable to all purchases made through this website. In order to request a return, please contact us at support@klearhearing.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and how. Please DON'T send your order back to the origin address as it will be automatically sent back to you.

  • No-reason Return Request

If a customer decides to return the product during our 30-day trial period, please contact Klear via support@klearhearing.com to initiate the return & refund process. The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, and a valid tracking number is required. The returned product must meet the following rules:

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it, no scratches or damages made.
  • The product must be in the original packaging with original label.
  • You must be the original purchaser of the product and be able to provide an order number or account email address.
  • You must contact us within 30 days from receiving the order.
  • The hearing aids must be clean and new as you receiving it. Earwax or other stains will not be acceptable.

A full refund will be made to the customer by original paying method within 7 days, after the returned item being recieved and inspected by Klear.

  • Returns within Warranty

If a product needs to be returned for repair or exchange within the warranty period, customers must contact Klear via support@klearhearing.com to initiate the return process. Klear will provide a return address for the customer to send the damaged device back. Klear will pay back the shipping fee upon the shipping receipt provided by the customer.

Once the returned product is being repaired or exchanged, Klear will send it to the customer on its own costs, and a valid tracking number will be sent to the customer.

  • Returns out of Warranty

If a product needs to be returned for repair or exchange out of the warranty period, customers must contact Klear via support@klearhearing.com to initiate the return process. Klear will provide a return address for the customer to send the damaged device back. The product is required to be returned by a shipping method with valid tracking number at the customer's own cost.

Once the returned product is being repaired or exchanged, Klear will send it to the customer on its own costs, and a valid tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Refund Policy

  • Refund before Shipment

If you want to make a refund request before your order is shipped out, just click the "request refund" button on your order. A full refund will be sent to your original payment method once the request is accepted.

Please note it may take up to 72 hours for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@klearhearing.com.

  • Return & Refund

Klear will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will be able to check your refund status on Klearhearing website.
